A mixed-use high-rise has to read as several different things at once, and this Dallas project needed an image library that did justice to each of them.

Project: Mixed-Use High-Rise, Dallas, Texas

Assignment: Full exterior and interior photography of a mixed-use high-rise, covering the building's commercial, retail, and shared spaces.

Challenges: Office space, retail frontage, and shared amenity areas each needed their own visual treatment rather than one blanket approach, while still reading as a single cohesive property.

Solution: Built a shot list that treated each program type on its own terms: architectural exteriors captured at the building's best light, retail and commercial interiors lit for their intended use, and shared spaces framed to show scale and finish quality.

End result: A single image library serving three different leasing audiences, so office, retail, and residential marketing all draw from one consistent set rather than commissioning separate shoots.
