University Park sits at the center of the Park Cities, built up around SMU since the university opened in 1911, and it remains one of the most architecturally distinctive residential markets in Dallas. Homes here range from renovated 1920s and 1930s cottages to full teardown-and-rebuild estates, with prices routinely running from under two million to well over ten million dollars for the largest lots near SMU and the Turtle Creek corridor.
