Fountain Place Residential Tower - Downtown Dallas, Texas

The Assignment
Interior photography of the residences and common areas at AMLI Fountain Place, a luxury residential tower in downtown Dallas.
The Problem
The leasing team needed marketing photography for the tower's high floors while those floors were still under construction. The units carrying the highest rents, and the ones the campaign was built around, were unfinished shells. Waiting for completion would have meant going to market without images of the inventory that mattered most.
The Approach
The building's floor plans repeat. Identical units on completed lower floors were finished, furnished, and ready to photograph. What they did not have was the view.
We photographed the finished lower-floor interiors under controlled lighting, then photographed the actual view from the corresponding unfinished unit on the target floor. Each interior was composited with the view that specific unit would have, matched for time of day, sun angle, and the way light falls through the glass, so the finished frame reads as a single exposure.
The distinction matters for a marketing set. These are not renderings, and no generic skyline was dropped in behind a window. Every view in the delivered images is a photograph made from the window it appears in, at the height it appears from. A prospective resident standing in that unit on move-in day sees what the photograph showed them.
The Result
AMLI marketed the high floors ahead of construction completion, with photography that represented both the finished interior and the genuine outlook from each unit. The same image set carried through the leasing collateral and the property website.
