Texas Hill Country Apartment Community

This Texas Hill Country property needed a hero image that communicated the scale of the site and its landscape setting, something ground-level photography alone couldn't fully deliver.

Assignment: Aerial and ground-level photography of the property and its grounds.

Challenges: The site's Hill Country setting was a major part of its appeal, but capturing that context and the property's scale together required more than standard ground-level coverage.

Solution: We flew an FAA Part 107 certified drone for the hero exterior, supplementing the aerial exposure with roughly eight ground-based fresnel lights to balance the shot and keep the property itself sharp and well lit against the landscape.

End result: A hero aerial image that holds detail in both the lit buildings and the surrounding Hill Country at dusk, paired with a full ground-level set. The aerial became the lead image across the property's marketing.
