Aria Steiner Ranch sits along one of Austin's established master-planned corridors, and its ownership needed a fresh image set that reflected the property at its best for leasing and marketing use.

Assignment: Capture exterior architecture, amenities, and community spaces for leasing and marketing use.

Challenges: A spring shoot window meant coordinating around landscaping still filling in and clear weather, on a fully occupied property with residents using the amenities throughout the day.

Solution: Scheduled the shoot for a window when the grounds were at their best, and sequenced coverage so amenity spaces were captured during the lowest-traffic hours of the day.

End result: A complete image set delivered for the property's marketing site and leasing materials, with no disruption to residents and no amenity space closed during the shoot.
